Today was my first visit to AE, and I had a wonderful experience. I came in because I was in pain after having two crowns placed on my teeth. The doctor was incredibly kind, professional, and caring. After examining me, she determined that I needed two root canals and was able to perform both procedures during the same visit instead of making me come back another day. She did an excellent job, and I truly appreciated the care and attention she gave me throughout the entire appointment. The office itself is beautiful. It has a very modern, welcoming, and impressive design that immediately made me feel comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome gift bag with some goodies and a T-shirt, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also want to recognize the amazing assistants, Julia and Dylan. They were both wonderful and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dylan even asked if I was happy with the music or if I would prefer something different, which showed how much they truly care about their patients’ comfort. Their kindness and attention to detail made the entire experience relaxing and stress-free. Overall, my visit was truly an amazing experience.

I’m not a fan of the dentist but MS. Haida Hossain and assistants were great they made me feel comfortable and worked with my comfort level. Also they explained everything to detail and just go over everything is really nice because not a lot of doctors will do that. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to get root canal work done. Definitely made me feel a lot better about the dentist when walking out the door. Also love that they gave me a shirt and goodie bag at the end.

I had a root canal infection that needed immediate attention. I was so grateful that Doctor Chen and his staff took so good care of me and fit me in immediately. Thanks Julia for taking the time to explain me the process. I never felt rushed and everyone always had a smile. I would highly recommend it.

I was greeted by the receptionist Genesis, who was very kind and personable. Dr. Pham and dental assistant Milensky were absolutely amazing. I was very nervous and dr.pham was so good with me and really helped calm me down. I had a million questions and she was so nice and patient with me. Thank you guys so much!

I had an old root canal fail and get an infection at the base of the root. I would have never known if my dentist wouldnt have seen it in an X-Ray. He didn’t know exactly what it was but we could see there was an issue at that route, so I got a consultation at advanced endodontics and they determined that it was the infection. They had a very cool x-ray machine that I believe is basically a CT scan because they’re able to take the x-ray and actually move it around as if it was a 3-D model on the screen which is really a cool technology to see. Either way the root canal went great, it’s exactly what I would expect. I was sore for just a day or two afterwards and I didn’t need a prescription for pain but they did offer. I know root canals, have a bad reputation, but other than that infection that I got many years after the root canal was originally done, this redoing of the root canal was a breeze. PS, Julia was awesome and Dr. Chen is the best in the business in Florida.
